Q: What is the same-day eligibility cutoff time?+
A: The current cutoff is 11:00 AM. Orders placed before this time are generally eligible for same-day delivery; orders after it are delivered the same day if operational capacity allows, otherwise the next day. This time may be adjusted by the admin.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?+
A: Yes! COD is available in both zones. A small COD handling charge applies: βΉ25 for Zone 1 and βΉ30 for Zone 2.

A: Go to the /track page, enter your order number and phone number. For Zone 2 orders, a Shiprocket tracking link will also be provided.
Q: Can I cancel my order?+
A: Yes, but only while the order is in "Placed" status. You will see a Cancel button on the My Orders page.
Returns & Refunds
Q: How many days do I have to raise a return request?+
A: Zone 1 (local delivery): within 24 hours of delivery. Zone 2 (courier): within 3 days of delivery. Size exchanges on clothing are also allowed within this window.
Q: How do I request a return?+
A: On the My Orders page, click "Return / Exchange" on the delivered order, select a reason, optionally upload a photo, and submit. You can also call us directly at π 97200 01380 and we will raise the request for you.
Q: When will I receive my refund?+
A: Zone 1 online payment: same-day UPI refund. Zone 1 COD: bank transfer within 24 hours. Zone 2: 2β5 business days after the product is received.
Q: How does a size exchange work?+
A: Select "Size Exchange" in the return request. Once approved, a delivery partner will pick up the item (Zone 1) or a courier address will be shared (Zone 2), and the new size will be dispatched.
Q: Can I return cosmetics or stationery?+
A: Cosmetics: only if the product is damaged, defective, or leaking. Stationery: only if the wrong or damaged item was delivered. Returns are not accepted for size or preference changes.

A: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking (via Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: My payment failed β was my order placed?+
A: No. If the payment failed, the order was not placed. Please try again. If the amount was deducted but no order was created, call 97200 01380 β a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
