Delykart is a hyperlocal ecommerce platform connecting customers with local sellers in and around Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. We facilitate discovery, ordering, and delivery of products from local stores.
- • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
- • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- • Delykart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- • Orders are subject to product availability.
- • Prices shown on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- • Delykart reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error, with a full refund issued.
- • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it may not be cancellable if it has already been dispatched.
- • Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.
- • Delykart will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
- • Delivery is subject to weather, traffic, operational capacity, and other conditions outside our control.

- • Online payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
- • Delykart does not store any card or UPI details.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Misuse of the return process may result in account suspension.
- • Product images and descriptions are provided by sellers. Delykart strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is error-free.
- • Colors may appear differently on screen vs. the actual product.
You agree not to:
- • Use Delykart for any unlawful purpose.
- • Post false, fraudulent, or misleading reviews.
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- • Place orders with no intent to pay (for COD orders).
Delykart is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:
- • Product quality issues arising from seller negligence (we facilitate returns in such cases).
- • Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, courier partner failures, etc.).
- • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.
Delykart may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
