Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges on eligible clothing items.

✅ Eligible for Exchange

  • ✓ Clothing items — size exchange within 24 hours (Zone 1) or 3 days (Zone 2)
  • ✓ Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging
  • ✓ Replacement subject to stock availability

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

  • ✗ Stationery items
  • ✗ Cosmetics & personal care products
  • ✗ Used or washed items
  • ✗ Items without original tags/packaging
  • ✗ Requests after the eligible window

Exchange Process:

  1. Submit exchange request via My Orders → "Return / Exchange"
  2. Select "Size Exchange" as the reason and describe the desired size
  3. Our team approves and schedules pickup (Zone 1) or provides return address (Zone 2)
  4. Once we receive the original item, we dispatch the replacement
  5. If replacement size is unavailable, a full refund is processed
