✅ Who Can Sell

Any local store, boutique, or business in Sambhal and nearby areas can register on Delykart. You need a valid phone number, store address, and quality products to start selling.

📦 Product Listing Rules

• Upload clear, real photos of your products — no stock images of different items
• Write accurate product names, descriptions, sizes and colors
• Set honest prices — MRP and selling price must be genuine
• Keep stock counts updated to avoid order cancellations
• Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are strictly prohibited

⏱️ Order Handling

• Confirm and pack orders within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM)
• Zone 1 orders are picked up by our delivery partners the same day
• Zone 2 orders ship via Shiprocket — keep packaging courier-ready
• Repeated delays or cancellations may lead to store suspension

⭐ Quality & Returns

• Products must match their listing — wrong/damaged items are returned at seller cost
• Maintain a low return rate to stay in good standing
• All product listings are reviewed by our team before going live
